“Last Minute” Tax Preparation Assistance

One service that is popular with first-time clients is our ability to help them prepare for their tax payments.  We do not prepare business taxes.  But we can help clients go through up to a year’s worth of paperwork, receipts and assorted documents to help them prepare for the experience.  For companies that have spent all year running the business, but not the documents that should go with it, this can be an invaluable service.  Our clients’ tax preparers like it too!

Daily Money Management:

On The Run Accounts is also accepting a limited number of clients for Daily Money Management services.  This is a rapidly evolving field, where Daily Money Managers (DMMs) provide personal business and social support assistance to clients who have difficulty managing their personal monetary affairs. Services can include organizing and keeping track of financial and medical insurance papers, as well as check writing and maintaining bank accounts.

Typical DMM clients include senior citizens, widows & widowers and individuals who have experienced a significant injury or illness that may require their full attention.  In many cases, adult children will retain a DMM to assist in managing a parent’s affairs if they are unable do to so, due to time or geographic demands.  Other senior citizens retain a DMM in order to free themselves to enjoy their retirement years and the many activities that come with them.

As a widow and experienced senior caregiver, our owner Anne Marie Mulhern, has a clear understanding of the needs of both groups.  She has also provided Executive Assistance to company officers.  These experiences provide On The Run Accounts with a good deal of expertise and value for individuals and families that can benefit from this enlightened and ground-breaking service.
